Paul Lemm Planning Consultant was established in February 2016.

Paul Lemm is a town planner with a Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Adelaide. Paul Lemm is a Registered Planner and Corporate Member of the Planning Institute of Australia with over 30 years experience in the public and private sectors. The majority of Paul’s experience has been in Local Government and concentrated in the development assessment area. Paul’s most recent work experience has been as the Manager Development and Environmental Health, Penrith City Council. Before that Paul worked for himself as a consultant planner which followed time as a Director of Insite Planning Services which operated out of Cessnock.

Paul Lemm has considerable planning knowledge with over 30 years experience in the development assessment area and an extensive knowledge of Local Government.

Paul Lemm has extensive experience in the preparation of development applications, undertaking due diligence investigations and advice for a range of complex residential, rural, retail, commercial, industrial and special use projects
